Toyota Harrier is a Japanese crossover passenger car, produced by Toyota Motor Corporation, which was first presented to the public in 1997. Its production started the same year and is still going on. Production of the third generation of the vehicle was concentrated primarily in Motomachi, Japan. The Harrier model was developed and implemented for production in order to expand the commercial offer of the Toyota concern, primarily with the domestic market in mind. Since 2003, export needs have been met by a twin-like Lexus RX. In fact, three generations of the vehicle were produced in the course of production - the first was produced in 1997-2003, the second from 2003 to 2013, and the third (designation: XU60) from 2013 to the present. The latest generation offers engines from 2.0 to 2.5 liters, including one hybrid engine, as an engine range. The car is also available in several trim levels: Premium, Elegance and Grand.
