Description

MiniArt’s new Tempo E400 three-wheeler is another odd-looking commercial vehicle and was intended to form Germany’s standard delivery tricycle (Einheits-Dreirad-Lieferwagen). MiniArt’s 1/35 depiction comprises eight runners with additional parts on a photo-etched brass fret. The type’s front-mounted engine drove the front wheel via a chain from the gearbox; this unusual arrangement is replicated fully, while the driving compartment is appointed with separate controls and even a battery. Separate fencing is also supplied for the load section. Four schemes are supplied:

• HH-0559, Hansestadt Hamburg, Germany, 1940s

• IA-117855, Berlin, Germany, 1940s

• IIN-22583, Gustav Schmidt Transporte, Nuremberg, Germany, 1940s

• BH-382-130/HAMBURG, British Occupation Zone, Hamburg, Germany, late 1940s
