Description

Ford Fiesta is an American passenger car of city car class, and now sub-compact, produced by Ford Motor Corporation, which was first presented to the public in 1975. Its production started a year later and continues. During this period, it was carried out in several cities, including: Dagenham in Great Britain, Cologne in West Germany or Almussafes in Spain. The Fiesta model was developed and implemented for production in order to expand the commercial offer of the Ford concern, as well as to initiate a market battle with such cars as: Fiat 127, Renault 5, Vauxhall Chevette or Volkswagen Polo. The first generation of Ford Fiesta was offered with engines from 40 to 84 HP and in only one type of body - as a 3-door hatchback. The relatively high success of the first generation resulted in the continuation of production and improvement of the model. So far, seven generations of the Ford Fiesta have been created, the last of which was presented in 2016, and went on sale a year later.
