The Lancia Stratos is one of the most iconic cars in motorsport history, designed with the specific purpose of dominating rally competitions of its era. Intended to replace the equally renowned Lancia Fulvia HF, it made its debut in the early 1970s. Featuring a modern and highly attractive design, with a low and aggressively styled bodywork crafted by Bertone, the Lancia Stratos was equipped with a 2,400 cc V6 engine, derived from the Ferrari Dino, producing 250 horsepower. The combination of the powerful six-cylinder engine and the innovative lightweight, compact chassis laid the foundation for a vehicle that would revolutionize the history of off-road competitions.
