The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento is an Italian sports car that was first presented to the public in 2010 at the Paris Motor Show. Its serial production lasted only in 2011-2012 and resulted in the creation of only 21 cars of this model. Production was concentrated in the city of Sant'Agata Bolognese in Italy.

The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento was developed as an unofficial successor to the Reventon model, and its main designer was Filippo Perini.
