Description

Snap together plastic model kit, not paints or glues required.

The Toyota Vellfire (another name: Toyota Alphard) is a Japanese mini-van passenger car that was first presented to the public in 2001. Its production started in 2002 and is still going on. In the chronological version, the earliest car is 485 cm long (with time: 486.5 cm), 183 cm wide (later: 184 cm), with an unladen weight of 1,790 kg, which in subsequent generations of the vehicle has increased to 2,100 kg.

From the very beginning, the Vellfire model was designed as a luxury minivan providing travelers with the greatest possible comfort. Of course, it was this element that was most emphasized during the design work that took place at the end of the 20th century. From the beginning, it was also assumed that the new vehicle would be intended especially for the domestic, demanding Japanese market. Only with time did it begin to be exported to countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. It is worth noting that the Vellfire model fit well with the entire offer of Toyota Motor Corporation and when it was introduced to the market it replaced or supplemented such models as: Granvia, Regus or Hiace. He also competed with cars such as Nissan Elgrand and Honda Elysion. In the first generation of vehicles, produced in the years 2002-2008, internal combustion engines with a capacity of 2.4 and 3 liters were used as the basic power units, as well as a hybrid engine with a capacity of 2.4 liters. The third generation, which went into production in 2015, uses 2.5 and 3.5 liter engines and a 2.5-liter hybrid unit.
