Description

MUST BE PRIMED WITH 69951, SPECIALISED PRIMER FOR 69950 MIRROR PAINT

This metallic finishing acrylic is designed for hobbyists working on scale kits and small components. It uses fine metallic pigments to create bright reflective highlights without adding heavy surface texture when applied correctly.

Application tips: agitate the bottle before use, spray or brush on several thin coats rather than one heavy coat, and let each coat flash off sufficiently. Trial the paint on a hidden area to check colour and reflectivity before committing to visible surfaces.

Compatibility and surface prep: apply over a primer made for plastic and resin after cleaning and degreasing parts. For tight detail work use a fine brush or a low-volume airbrush to keep edges crisp and avoid pooling.

Handling and cleanup: keep the lid firmly closed and store away from direct heat. Flush brushes and airbrush components straight after use with the recommended solvent to stop pigment from hardening in tips or bristles.
