This "Limited Bonus Edition" kit depicts a unique and heavily armed variant of the LRDG patrol trucks. Based on the Canadian Military Pattern (CMP) Ford F30, this vehicle was modified to mount a Bofors 37mm anti-tank gun on its rear deck, providing the Long Range Desert Group with mobile "heavy" firepower to engage Axis armored cars and light tanks in the North African desert.

Mobile Firepower: Features a highly detailed replica of the 37mm Bofors Mk.I anti-tank gun mounted directly onto the truck bed, a configuration known as a "portee" or gun truck, used to boost the patrol's offensive capabilities.
